...Eastern Standard Time. From here on in I shoot without a script...See if anything comes of it...

I'll stop there ;)

Merry Christmas to everyone in the East! It's right now Christmas morning for me. I just got off the phone with my mom and dad. Opened the gifts they sent me. Got a Gamecube with the promotional Zelda disc....mmm. So good. If I disappear for a couple weeks, don't worry about it.

Well, again, Merry Christmas to everyone on this side of the international date line!

Merry Christmas Brett!! Love you and miss you. Hope that you get the connectors soon for your game cube. You'll be on my mind all day today. I hope that you can feel the love across the miles. Mom

Hiya, Brett. It's 10:15am here and I've just opened my prezzies :-P

I hope you are enjoying playing your new GameCube. I also hope you have a good christmas :)

I'm going to be vanishing for a little while after today, I've got some stuff that needs to be sorted out. I should be back around my birthday (20th Jan) or somewhere around that time anyway. I'll seeya soon.

Merry Xmas, Brett! by Jeff [2003/24/12 21:24 ET]
Merry Xmas, Brett! It's probably not super easy to spend Xmas without your family, but I hope that you realize that you're in the middle of a great experience so that it is worth it. I was just saying to Jason that there was a big article in the NY Times this week talking about how brothers so often live thousands of miles apart these days when they grow up. And as a result, people don't grow up with their cousins in the neighborhood the way they used to and that a lot of people miss out on a great experience because of it. So it's good that you are close to your cousins. It can be a special relationship. Enjoy your break.
