Old!!! I'm so old!!!!

I was trying to go to sleep last night, and aftering counting sheep, counting backwards from 100, counting the powers of 2, and counting in multiples of 17, I still couldn't fall asleep. I started reciting every poem I could remember to myself. After a couple, I started:

"It was many and many a year ago,
In a kingdom by the sea,
That a maiden there lived whom you may know
By the name of Annabel Lee,
And this maiden she lived with no other thought
Than to love, and be love by, me."

I got through the first verse and then realized that I learned that poem over 8 years ago. *8* years ago!!!!! I'm so old!!!!!

That was for the fall play...

Mrs Chapman's class was:
"Maggie and Millie and Molly and May
Went down to the beach to play one day..."

and

"Gaily bedight,
A gallant knight,
In sunshine and in shadow,
Had journeyed long,
Singing a song,
In search of Eldorado..."

Hey Brett, you're not old. It's kinda neat, though, to remember some of the poems we learned as kids.
I have a few nights now and then when I can't get to sleep myself, either because of too much caffeine too late at night or because I just can't turn my brain off. Sometimes I lay there for a couple hours and finally say the he-- with it and just get up and get on the 'puter or watch tv.
Have a good week.
